Nochebueno de Josemere
Como ya han pasado las fiestas, podemos tranquilamente dedicarnos a hacer este
nochebueno, un pan dulce típico de Granada para la festividad navideña, que realmente está riquísimo todo el año.
Ingredientes
1 taza y dos cucharadas soperas de agua caliente
1 taza de aceite de oliva
1 cucharada de café de sal
1 1/4 cucharadas de café de azúcar
3 1/4 tazas de harina blanca
2 cucharadas de café de levadura -o un sobrecito-
y nueces, pasas, sésamo y matalauva (anís)
Se usa el programa de pan blanco (francés) rápido. Se incorporan las nueces en trocitos generosos (si no, las palas suelen dejarlas a trozos), las pasas y la matalauva cuando haya que hacerlo tras el primer amasado -algunas máquinas lo hacen automáticamente. Tras el proceso de amasado y subir la masa, se saca de la máquina y se hacen los bollos (podemos darle la forma que queramos).
Se pinta la cubierta con yema de huevo y se añade por encima sésamo y azúcar para decorar.
Se hornea durante media hora a 190 grados.

Buenas!
TEngo una BM210, y el pan que he hecho siempre ha sido con levadura en polvo (una que venden en sobrecillos en tiendas naturistas). Pero en las instrucciones de la maquina pone levadura desecada facil de mezclar, y yo no se que es eso!!! A parte, a ver si alguien me puede informar sobre las levaduras que venden en las panaderias! Gracias

En las panaderias que hacen ellos el pan suelen tener levadura fresca, esta se guarda en el frigorifico y tambien se puede congelar ya que tiene fecha de caducidad. En este tipo de tiendas tambien suelen tener harina panificable con ambas cosas yo he conseguido mejores resultados. Esta maquinas en los libros de instruciones tienen ingredientes que no significan gran cosa traducido al castellano lo cual no significa que no podamos conseguir lo necesario para hacer buenos panes. Yo he conseguido mejores panes con las recetas de estas pàginas. Al principio es mejor hacer las mas sencillas.

Hola a todos
quería consultarles porque cuando utilizo mi máquina de pan en el programa integral para hacer este tipo de panes, siempre crecen bien, pero luego en la cocción se hunden en el centro. No me ocurre lo mismo con el pan blanco utilizando harina blanca.
Se les ocurre por que puede ser? Los panes integrales se hacen con menos levadura?

queda aplastado tu pan porque debes de abrir la máquina. La máquina sólo se puede abrir cuando aparece la señal "add" que es para agregar lo que se quiera agregar. Si sale crudo debe ser por el programa que utilizas, si utilizas extra rápido siempre queda crudo. si te sigue quedando así, debes colocar, cuando el horno se enfríe, el programa "solo cocción".
