4 huevos
200 ml nata líquida
200 g queso rallado Emmental (o Gruyere, el que más te guste)
4 ó 5 rebanadas -sin borde- de pan de molde
1 cucharadita café rasa de sal
Con las palas. Se mete todo en la cubeta en el orden dado y seleccionar programa 5 de la Bifinett. Dejar enfriar un poco antes de desmoldarlo. Está muy bueno por ejemplo con una buena salsa de tomate.
