comentarista anónimo nos dejó en esta historia una receta para pan integral de zanahoria. La copiamos ahora:
Ingredientes
2 zahanorias medianas
3/4 vaso de agua
2 cucharas(sopa) de aceite
1 cuchara (sopa) de azucar
1 y 1/2 cucharitas de sal
1 y 1/2 vaso de harina de trigo integral
1 y 1/2 vaso de harina de trigo normal
Hierba buena
2 cucharitas de levadura biológica seca
Triturar las zahanorias con el agua aparte, poner los demás ingredientes en la máquina con el ciclo básico: en los primeros diez minutos vigilar para ver se hay que poner un poco de agua o harina para llegar a la consistencia exacta. También va depender del tamaño de las zahanorias o de la calidad de la harina utilizada, en mi caso sólo he utilizado una cuchara extra de harina.
