Ingredientes
200 gm de harina blanca extra
2 huevos enteros
1/2 vaso de agua
1/2 vaso de leche
1/2 vaso de aceite de oliva (mejor de oliva "arbequina")
Una cucharadita de levadura fresca
una cucharadita de sal.
Una vez hecha la masa con la máquina, hay que untar con mantequilla la bandeja del horno y estirar manualmente la masa hasta dejarla bien repartida.
Hay versiones en que ya se le pone los ingredientes deseados y otras versiones que cocinan un poco la masa para despues poner el resto de ingredientes.
Antes de sacarlo del horno, una vez cocinada la coca, hay que poner por encima un poco mas de aceite.
